Digital 2*2.4 million tons pelletizing project in Qian’an Jiujiang Iron and Steel Wire LLC.

In 2021, Beijing Soly signed a project for 2*2.4 million tonnes of digital pellets for Jiujiang wire, and in April 2022, 2 pellet production lines were put into operation one after another. The project includes the automation system design, instrumentation, DCS, construction and L2 for the 2 production lines. The project's L2 platform mainly includes functional modules such as production board, production information, inspection management, batching management and intelligent control.

The L2 model optimized control parameters are directly sent to the PLC, completing the upper and lower penetration of L2 and first-level automation equipment, providing rich reference information and decision-making basis for front-line production personnel, realizing the systematization of pellet process management, information digitization, intelligent control and site visualization; promoting the change of pellet plant production management mode and enhancing the level of intelligent pellet manufacturing.
