Driverless track-haulage system in Yunnan Pulang Copper MineLocated in Shangri-La County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, at an altitude of 3,600m~4,500m, the Pulang copper mine of China Aluminum Yun Copper has a design mining scale of 12.5 million t/a, with natural crumbling mining method. In April 2016, Soly successfully won the bid for the project of transport driverless system for the first phase of mining and processing project in Yunnan Pulang copper mine. The project includes the EPC turnkey contract for the design, procurement and construction of 3660 tracked transport horizontal electric locomotives, ore cars, unloading stations and supporting drive units, electrical, automation, track laying and erection. The Pulang Copper Mine underground rail transport automatic operation system controls the entire process flow from data collection in the chute shaft, loading of ore by the vibratory dischargers, automatic operation of the main transport lane to unloading of ore at the unloading station, and is linked to crushing and hoisting. The system integrates and unifies data from related systems, including crushing and hoisting, and ultimately brings together multiple workstations in front of the dispatcher, providing the dispatcher with a complete picture of underground production for centralised production scheduling. At the same time, the system follows the principle of stable ore grade, and according to the amount and grade of ore in the mining area chute, intelligent ore allocation and dispatching, the system automatically assigns trains to the predetermined mining area chute for loading. The locomotive automatically runs to the unloading station to complete unloading according to the system instructions, and then runs to the designated loading chute for the next cycle according to the system instructions. During the automatic operation of the locomotive, the system workstation displays the locomotive's running position and monitoring data in real time, while the system can output customized reports according to user requirements. System functions Intelligent ore proportion. Autonomous operation of electric locomotive. Remote loading of mines. Real-time accurate vehicle location Automatic control of track signalling systems. Collision protection for motor vehicles. Motor car body fault protection. Playback of historical motor vehicle track information. Real-time display of motor vehicle traffic on an intelligent platform. Recording of operational data, custom development of reports. This project has successfully opened up a new era of product development, application and marketing mode for Soly, which has far-reaching strategic significance for the company's subsequent business development; in the future, Soly will continue to take "building intelligent mines" as its responsibility, and work tirelessly to build "internationally advanced, domestic first-class”mines. |
